WHAT WE DO
Through our website we have created a community hub that allows Pittsburgh food distributions to recruit a generation wanting to end hunger. Donors, staff, and volunteers all play a role in our efforts to end hunger in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
HOW WE BEGAN
Five students from Chatham University were asked to solve a social problem through the use of media forms. That group had taken on the problem of hunger in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. They have now formed a website and twitter hub to recruit volunteers and donations for food centers local to Pittsburgh. All efforts made are to help stop the growing increase of hunger.
