Final #tbt of 2018-2019!
Hello everyone! This short, sweet poem celebrating the beauty that comes with a day’s end will be our final #tbt feature for this year. It was published in Spring 1963 and was accompanied by an illustration by the author, Sara Lord Norris ’63, as well as a solemn piece by Pat Prycyl ’64 on the following page.
Hot Off the Press: The Minor Bird 2019 Issue!
It’s bittersweet, but the end of the 2018-2019 school year is upon us and with that, The Minor Bird’s 90th issue is now officially in print! Thank you to all who were a part of this project, whether you submitted your work, dedicated long evenings to serving on the Editorial Board, came to our Launch Party, or simply supported us along the way. We could not have ended the year with such an amazing issue without our Chatham community, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With that said, be sure to pick up your free copy of the Minor Bird on campus! Copies are available in the library, Lindsay House, Cafe Rachel, and Student Affairs. This year’s article features incredible poetry, prose, and art from current students and Chatham alums, and you won’t want to miss it.
See you next year!
