The Chatham University Helpdesk can assist you with your computer and software problems, including:
- Office 365 (e-mail): All faculty and staff receive a Chatham e-mail account. All official University communications are sent to this address and it is recommended that you check it at least once per day. If you need assistance setting up e-mail on your cell phone, please call the Helpdesk at 412-365-1112.
- Wi-Fi access
- VPN Access
- Software installation
- Classroom support
- General campus technology troubleshooting issues
Helpdesk technicians are Apple & HP certified and are ready to help you troubleshoot technology related problems.

TECHNOLOGY FELLOWS
The Fellows Program is designed to increase the number of faculty using technologies in their teaching and scholarship, familiarize faculty with technology tools to increase student engagement, and assist faculty in planning, implementing and assessing technology-based projects. The application opens in April. Only full-time faculty with one-year of service at Chatham are eligible.
