Baked artichoke dip

1 cup of frozen artichoke hearts
4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fat free grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fat free mayo
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 to 2 tsp of lemon juice
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
2-3 drops red pepper sauce
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Process artichoke hearts, Parmesan, sour cream, and lemon juice in food processor until smooth. Stir in garlic, onion, and red pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
Spoon dip into small casserole or baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 until hot throughout and lightly brown on top for 20 to 25 minutes.
