Salmon and grits

2 ½ cups of water
6 tablespoons of grits (not instant grits)
2 tabs of butter
Can of salmon (any kind)
Pepper (optional)
1 pot
1 frying pan

Clean your salmon from the can very well. Take two tabs of butter and melt on low heat for about 5 minutes and set to the side. Boil your water. Once boiling, add the 6 tablespoons of grits. Once the water is almost evaporated, grab your bowl. Take your last tab of butter and put salmon on the grits. Pepper to taste.
