Sweet potato pie

4 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 sticks butter
Nestle graham cracker crust — Oreo, ginger, or cinnamon graham
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them in quarterly chunks. Boil water and once boiled, boil potatoes until they are tender slightly. Drain them in a bowl or pan and mash with a fork just to incorporate the potatoes together. Add sugar, butter, and nutmeg as you incorporate. You want it to stay lumpy. Put it in graham cracker crust, and hit the pan down to spread the mixture nicely. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top (optional) and let it cook for 25 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.
